New law in Ontario-NO SMOKING IN THE CAR!

Published by syren at 12:02 am under Rants and Raves Edit This

For all the readers who live in Ontario Canada. There is a new law that was passed a few days ago. You can not smoke in your car if your child is there with you. So I’m thinking to myself, isn’t it common sense? I don’t smoke and I am actually pretty disgusted by it. I always wondered how someone can smoke in the car with a child in it. Or how you can smoke next to a child period. I know I may offend some people who do smoke, but this is my blog, and my opinion. I am very glad they passed this law. On the news, you are actually encouraged to call the police if you see this activity. I probably will be one of those pricks that call Wink. The way I see it, if you want to smoke and slowly kill yourself, go ahead, but don’t infect innocent children as well. And further more, I get really offended when people think they can blow their smoke anywhere and everywhere. I REALLY get annoyed  Yell  when people smoke by entrances to stores or malls. Sometimes I think that smokers think they can pollute everyone’s air. SHEESH. The air is polluted enough! I asked two men to move from my car the other day because their smoke was coming in as I was waiting. I politely said, “Please move as my baby is in the car with me.” And they did. That’s all. If you want to smoke, go ahead, but that doesn’t give you the right to pollute my breathing space. So please, obey the law. Please don’t smoke in the car with your child. Or better yet, kick the habit altogether…
